Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on misai88, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the misai88 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and misai88. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on misai88. Multiple account registrations by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. misai88 will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat under any circumstances.
Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you or with your authorisation. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact misai88 support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Misai88 users agree to comply with all platform rules and must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the misai88 platform without prior written consent.
- Engaging in fraud, market manipulation, or any action intended to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to any individual.
- Using funds derived from illegal sources to make deposits, or engaging in money laundering activities through this platform.
- Spreading false information about misai88 or using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All transactions on misai88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM10, and funds will be credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow and Boost. Any fees charged by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on your misai88 account. This is a mandatory security requirement and cannot be waived. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement will be rejected. Processing time is between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on the receiving bank.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses offered by misai88, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to separate rollover requirements and validity periods. Bonus usage is governed by the Bonus Terms & Conditions displayed at the time the offer is activated. misai88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Misai88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on this platform. All wagers are placed at the user's own decision and risk. misai88 also bears no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including user-side internet failures, device issues, or force majeure events.
Under no circumstances shall misai88's total liability to any user exceed the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension & Closure
Misai88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In the case of an account closure where no user violation has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting misai88 support. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a deactivation policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the misai88 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of misai88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from misai88.
Third-Party Links
The misai88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. misai88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Misai88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the misai88 platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online platforms.
